Listed companies cross-border layout of new energy industry enthusiasm is not reduced. Since 2023, there have been a number of listed companies from the fields of toys, jewelry, medicine, aquaculture and other cross-border layout of the new energy industry to create new profit growth points.

Shifeng Culture announced that it intends to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shenzhen with 80 million yuan of its own funds or self-raised funds, mainly engaged in distributed photovoltaic power plant business, while expanding clean energy investment, development and operation and maintenance services.

Pharmaceutical company Sunflower plans to build TOPCon battery production line; Aquaculture enterprise Muyuan shares plan to set up a subsidiary to carry out new energy-related business; PCB manufacturing company Kexiang shares to invest in the construction of sodium-ion battery project; Medical information enterprise Maddie Technology intends to invest in the construction of efficient single crystal battery smart factory project.

According to Tianyan data, as of now, there are more than 37,000 lithium battery-related enterprises, of which 610 new registered enterprises will be registered in 2022;

In terms of geographical distribution, Guangdong ranks first in the region with more than 14,000; Jiangsu and Hunan ranked second and third, with more than 4,090 and 3,800, respectively.

In terms of establishment time, 51.1% of related enterprises were established within 1-5 years, and 12% of related enterprises were established more than 10 years.

In terms of the nature of the enterprise, 87.2% of the relevant enterprises are limited liability companies.

According to incomplete statistics, lithium battery-related patents have reached more than 2,770 patent applications since January 2023, of which more than 60% are invention patent applications.
